What truly sets us apart is our refusal to follow conventional wholesale sourcing models. We do not purchase through trading houses, brokers, or anonymous global sup-ply chains. Instead, we work directly with the people who grow, harvest, and distil our oils This ensures complete traceability, uncompromised quality, and exceptional freshness from origin to bottle.

Over the course of two years, founders James Friesz and Quinnie Cheung travelled extensively to build what has become one of the world’s largest networks of oil-pro-ducing farmers. Today, Farm Fresh Oils works with a trusted network of over 100 farms across nearly 30 countries, spanning every major essential oil and carrier oil growing region. This global footprint allows us to source the right oil from the right place, at the right time, without compromise.

Their journey has taken them from the Australian outback to the remote jungles of Indonesia and Peru, and on to some of the world’s most established agricultural hubs, including France and Bulgaria.

At every destination, James and Quinnie take the same hands-on approach; walking the fields, inspecting crops, observing distillation methods, and understanding how each oil is produced. This first-hand knowledge ensures every farm meets Farm Fresh Oils’ exacting standards for purity, sustainability, and performance.

When in-person visits are not possible, farms are rigorously vetted through extensive investigations, covering plantations, harvesting practices, and distillation or ex-traction processes. This allows the founders to maintain the same level of scrutiny and confidence, regardless of geography.

Fair trade and long-term partnership are central to our sourcing philosophy. Farm Fresh Oils works closely with farmers to ensure they are paid fairly for their work in-line market rates.
