Founder Quinnie Cheung:

Originally from Hong Kong, she brings many years of hands-on experience in B2B trade across the Asia-Pacific region. This includes heading up the international sales for one of the largest essential oil wholesalers in Australia. Having lived and worked in Hong Kong, Japan (Tokyo) and Australia, Quinnie understands the nuances of international trade, cultural expectations, and long-term partnership building at a level few can match.

Fluent in English, Japanese, Mandarin, and Cantonese, she bridges worlds effortlessly between farmers and formulators, between Australia and Asia, and between tradition and modern cosmetic science. Her deep expertise in essential oils traded between Australia and Asia has been forged through years of negotiation, problem-solving, and relationship management, always grounded in integrity and mutual respect.

Co-founder James Friesz:

Brings more than 30 years of senior leadership experience in the global beauty industry. His career spans C-suite roles across haircare, skincare, and cosmetics, with hands-on involvement in marketing strategy, product development, and international expansion for some of the world’s most respected beauty companies, including P&G (SK-II), LG Cosmetics, Revlon USA, Wella, and Sephora SEA. James has seen firsthand how ingredient quality directly impacts product performance, brand credibility, and consumer trust; knowledge that now underpins every decision at Farm Fresh Oils.

Beyond corporate leadership, James is deeply connected to the land. As a former farm owner, he understands agriculture not as a concept, but as a lived experience; one shaped by seasons, soil, weather, and stewardship. With an engineering background, he applies technical rigor to the challenge of producing essential oils in the most sustainable and efficient ways possible, while remaining committed to 100% natural, neutral products. This blend of scientific thinking and agricultural respect is rare, and it defines the Farm Fresh Oils approach.
